I have completed my IVA in 2016 and cleared all debts by 2017 . But still one credit showing up in my credit file with equifax and contacted the creditor but still it’s affecting my score . Could you give us some advise
The Creditor should issue a default against the account with the IVA start date as the date of the default. Speak to the Data Controller at the Company the account was with. If you can contact them on Social Media that is often the quickest way to get things resolved.

Hi Rajesh
The Default stays on your credit report for 6 years. So if your IVA was registered more recently than June 2012, then you have to wait a little longer.
