Hi my Iva has ended adter7 years. I still owe 3 months through breaks ect , I should have paid in Aug but still struggling so. What can I do I need the money for food if I miss a second time what will happen , i emailed the first time and they said they are not allowed to extend my Iva so pay it when I can pls advise
Hopefully they will simply stall until you have paid these three missed payments. If you miss three payments without an agreed break the IVA will fail -- which would be a tragedy at this stage! What has happened recently to make the payment unaffordable ?

I would suggest an urgent conversation with them and identify a solution. Please don't miss these payments as it may as foggy has indicated a fsilure to your whole iva and after 7 years that would be s travesty.
