Think I am cottoning on now ---- how many payments did you miss ? It is standard practice, and part of the agreement, that three missed payments, without agreement, is a fail.

If they haven't issued the termination notice yet, they might be able to save it. If they can't or won't, you will have to wait for a couple of months for the paperwork to go through.

You need to ask them that. Are you both using the same start date for the 7 days notice they gave you ? They could be counting 7 days from the date the letter was sent and you might be counting 7 days from when you got it --- only guessing as I have no information here.

Would you have been able to catch up the missed payments on those 2 or 3 days?

Why did you miss a payment from last year?

If you couldn't have made the payments up what difference does the 2 days make?

Probably because the termination hasn't yet filtered through the system.

With any firm it would show as active for a while (maybe a couple of months). Aperture, however, are not as fast off the block as many, so it might be a little longer.

I have to say, Foggy and Kallis3 are very patient with people on here. Especially when information comes in a very mish mash format....
