Hi All,
Last IVA payment made November 2017. Was DFD but got swallowed by Aperture 2 months before final payment. Despite numerous emails and few calls with promises in last 3 weeks still no Completion Certificate.
Feeling trapped can't remortgage to better rate can't drawdown pension funds can't take any positive steps forward. Still in limbo through no fault of our own. Since Antoinette Thorpe replaced Richard Savage as our supervisor along with the move to Aperture the communication and closure process has been disastrous. Don't really want to complain just want facts and honesty, which has been sadly lacking. Regards J H

The only avenue is to complain -- facts and honesty are off the menu !

If you want results it seems you will have to complain unfortunately.

Then you can escalate here if necessary:

should be a maximum one month closure time frame allowed for the iva firms to complete iva's.

6 months is already built into the proposal as standard .... we have campaigned for better defined and shorter closure times in the past, but support is thin on the ground.
