Hi just wondering those who are with creditfix when you do overtime what do you do , do you email your pay slips to them ? Do they reply ? I started my iva end of November and new to it all. There's always the chance of picking a bit of overtime at work a moment.I emailed my wage slips last month got no reply. So o phoned them and they said I didn't owe anything. I'm scared of when it's my annual review I don't want them to say to owe us 100s and not being able to pay.
You can get an idea if you owe anything yourself --- but you do need to tell them whenever you get extra income.
You are allowed to keep an amount equal to 10% above your usual monthly income, as agreed in your IVA ... anything over that is split 50 / 50 between you and the IVA.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
Hi thank you for replying, I'm just confused in all this. When you email your pay slips and don't hear anything. Then ring them up and the guy says you don't owe us anything.
Do they normally reply and say you owe us so much...
I did lots of overtime and had a bonus over the xmas period. I informed CF of this, they asked for a payslip. Emailed copy of payslip expecting to pay 50% over but had reply stating no uplift payment was needed (happy days). Took home an extra 1100 ish too so didn't query it!!! But do keep any emails as proof of you keeping within the rules etc.
