Hello all!
I am back briefly to say that I have received my Completion certificate etc and am still bouncing off the walls! Wahoo!
However I have received a letter from an old creditor ((one that was included in the IVA)) - saying I am still in arrears. The letter says that I have made a payment (the one that my IVA has given them) but I am still owing the rest! Shall I send them a copy of my F&F report and certificate or shall I just ignore them as I am sure they are not allowed to get in touch with me anymore!? Is them just pushing/trying their luck?

Thank you and await advice.

Could be a computer glitch -- automatically produced letter that wasn't suppressed or intercepted.

Personally I would leave it and see if they follow it up ... they will already have been given a copy of the final report, but a reminder can't hurt if you wish.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I got the same type of letters from Barclays (IVA completed 2016, but ignored the letters) and decided recently to complain to them..... they sent me 2 bottles of wine and a bunch of flowers and said I should not receive anything further from them (ie letters suggesting I owe them still) but if I did I should take it to the FOS! Roll on any more type of letters arriving.....

Oh really Kazza? Good to know and yes - in that case, bring on more of those letters!

Thank you very much for responding :)

Exactly!! And it's still so wonderful to be IVA free! Good luck with the future :D
