hi i had iva rejected by credit fix i gone with another company i will paying 275 month instead of 105 pounds whats the chances it being accepted

Hanover when I got chairman meeting from
Creditfix they is put I rejected the modification of creditors

Yes not had any phone calls this time so credit fix didn’t do their job properly lieing about modifications

I doubt they lied as they are a reputable company . They had to tell you about mods regardless.

They didn’t unfortunately and didn’t give any chance to get Iva approved as spoke to one the
Main one they said they didn’t reject it it was creditfix that rejected it

I am guessing it was over fees -- CF are one of the highest fee chargers at the moment.

Can you really afford that much? If you can, it's not surprising the creditors turned down the Creditfix proposal, is it!

Creditors would have gone on the figures presented to them and assume that this was the best offer.

hello i just got chairman report from credit fix, it said i refused the modifications which i didnt refused them credit fix didnt tell about me about it, the creditor were being offered 10.39p per divident and now 55.45 as credit fix had told them had other things i needed which i didnt

Sounds as though you will be better off with someone else.
