I had an IVA with Harrington brooks that finished March 2018.
If I receive any PPI payment now would I need to make a payment to Harrington brooks?

Unless your former IP declares no interest the PPI is due to your IVA estate for distribution to former creditors.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Hi Claire,

If you can drop me and email with some details (ideally your old HB reference, but your name and address will do), I'll ask one of the team to check your IVA proposal to confirm if we have an interest or not. My email is ian.williams at financialwellnessgroup.co.uk

Just to explain - Financial Wellness Group is the new name for Freeman Jones. Freeman Jones took over Harrington Brooks' IVAs when the firm went into administration in April 2018.
