we found out from our ip that the 50% is not included in the modification. The extra payment comes from our expenditure and takin 3 payslips that will determine an average of what we have to pay extra, say for instance i earnt 3000 ha i wish for the month and my propsal is 1500 then they would ask for half of 1500 extra in your years payment. confusing realy, thats even with overtime and bonsus in there too.Phew just got to get them to send it in writing. why they couldnt tell us this before i dont know.
