Hi all
Just to let you all know that I got my wife's county court judgement set aside today at Wigan County Court, as was tranfered from Northampton.
The Judge told the court usha to inform us he had set the Judgement aside before we we due to go in, so just waiting for the court paper to confirm it then i can get the credit refernce agencies to take it off their files.Then I think thats it.

Thanks Jan,It feels like I have been writing to everyone over the last few months about this. Anyway got all my letters ready for when the court direction arives in the post, then it's all systems go again for the final push.

Yep it will because it affects us both,I got turned down recently for a post office bank card, which is ironic as they caused this judgement in the first place.
Keep going you will get there.
