I am on a debt management programme currently paying £280 to a comapny called Gregory Pennington, to pay off all my creditors to become debt free in 12 years. I am wondering if I could do an IVA and be free much earlier, could you let me know whether this is possible
Thankyou

I am sure that an IVA may be a possibility for your Sharon - and wonder why this has not been suggested by Gregory Pennington who also have an IVA firm within their group. Can you post a little more about your circumstances - such as the amount you owe to creditors and whether you are a property owner with equity or have other assets.
