Hi all

After creditors meeting on 25th september all but one creditor voted in favour of proposal.

Northern Rock - Yes
Lloyds - Yes
MBNA - Yes
Nationwide - Yes
Halifax - Yes
Egg - No

Have 45k of unsecured debt and very little equity in my house.
Paying back 28p in the £.

I would like to thank Melanie and the team (Tina, Angela, Hywel and Tomas)for being so helpful, understanding and for the advice which was so valuable.

I can now plug my home telephone back in without the risk of 20 call centres a day asking for money!

Thanks Again

Mark

Congrats - that is a brilliant result!

The calls and letters may well still come for a while though..it can take a while for the systems to be updated.
Completion Certificate received September 2012.

We were all really pleased with the result too Mark, and now you can begin a fresh start without the ongoing pressure from your creditors.

Great news. Did Melanie explain what EGG's reasons for voting against your Proposal - try and find out as unless they give cogent and fair reasons they might be in breach of the IVA Protocol. I would be interested to hear. Well done.
