welcome rs671 i 2nd what plasticdaft has said, coming here and admitting that you have a problem is the first step to sorting it out, this is a great site i have said it many times before, supportive and informative as well as friendly too, good luck with whatever decision you take to get your sleep at night and peace of mind.

15 down, 45 go go
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.

Hi there and welcome to the forum.
I have been in a pickle too so dont worrry you should be proud that you have realised you need to sort it out.
The best thing to do is to talk to an insolvency practioner who will give you advice on all the solutions avaliable to you, so that you yourselves can look for the best way forward to deal with your debt.
Initial advice doesnt cost anything, you can find details of Ip's on iva.com or there are some great Ip's on the experts page. Melanie is highly recommended by lots on here.

All the best and keep posting to let is know how things are going. You will get great advice and support on the forum

Hi, and welcome to the forum. We like yourselves had many sleepless nights, before IVA was approved ( jan 07)but we know that we did the right thing. Don't get me wrong, it ain't easy, and no-one on here will tell you otherwise, but just to be able to laugh again, and sleep at night (most nights anyway)makes the difficult times all worthwhile. You've taken the first - and most important - step in admitting a problem. Keep posting
