Hi Marsha1
My word hasnt that gone quick, I do remember you this time last year. We where helping each other out, through the very difficult times. My iva was approved on the 27th December, this first year has gone so so quick.
Things have been 200% better and I am just about enjoying the budgeting. Everything is excellent, but had no major problems up to now though. Although I think we will need a new boiler before very long !!!!!
Our IVA was transferred from Clearstart to DFD earlier this year. I was very very happy with Clearstart and the way they did things and the way you was treated. But DFD seem to have been very good with me so far too. So lets hope they carry out reviews so professionally as well.
The one thing I am getting nervous about now is my review and how it is conducted. Did DFD contact you or did you contact them ?
What sort of things have they asked for you to send in? Has your curcumstances changed much ? what are you expecting ? Please Please let me know how you get on with them, my review is in December
Thank you and look forward to your comments.

Hi Caraf, Iv just read your post. Thanks for the reply, DFD contacted me about three weeks ago and asked me for 3 months bank statements, p60, 3 months wage slps. They sent my income and exp. from last year with a blank column for any changes.
The letter stated that any increase up to 3% would not be counted due to inflation.
I had a pay rise in April, I bring home in total 97.00 a month more than when I set up the IVA. My rent has increased by 25.00 and I have an arrangement with the tax credits to ay 24.00 p/month, also my petrol has increased 15.00 per month. I have asked for 5.00 a month extra contingency as they only allowed me 35.00. I have to pay for dental treatment and glasses out of that so its a bit tight. I have also asked for an extra 5.00 a month on my clothing allowance which is 25.00 at the moment. I am offering an extra 3.00 per month which is not a lot but it's all I can really afford as my budget is so tight. I have 50.00 a month for car tax/insurance/maintenance so I have asked for 55.00. I am due a cost of living rise next month and Im going to ask if I can keep it to add to my car maintenance budget, Im not going to last another 4 years on the current allowance.
I hope tey will be fair and enable me to complete this IVA successfully.
I have no assets and could go BR but I want to pay as much as possible back. I sent everything off today so I will let you now how I go on. Good luck with yours Caraf.
Hi Caraf,I have not heard yet. I guess they are v busy. I sent all the paper work in 21st Oct. If I don't her soon I will contact them. Hows you anyway?
Hubby was with DFD. Reviews ran very smoothly and to be honest, because there wasnt much change in his wage, there was no change to his contributions either.
For the record Caraf - clearstart were taken over by DFD.
You should not have to wait long - I'm sure they will respond soon.
