We owe approximately £65,000 unsecured debt, about £41,000 is with Barcalays and Barclaycard including £4500 with Goldfish who have been taken over by Barclays. If our I&E is OK are Barclays likely to reject our IVA given that they are our biggest creditor. We are both employed homeowners with neg equity due to mortgage and secured loan. Thanks Kate

Hi there and welcome to the forum

Barclays are generally pretty supportive of IVAs, so long as the best offer is being presented. What advice has your own IP given you in this regard Kate?

Barclays are represented by KPMG - usually no problems provided your best offer (supportable) is put forward.

As Melanie asks - what does your Nominee (IP)say?
