Hi can anyone tell me the address of Experian so I can send my certificate of completion to them as the website does not show this. I have written to Equifax is there any other agency I need to contact?
good luck with them, you may need it! I have so far got files back from Experian and Callcredit, it has taken 6 weeks, still not got Equifax back yet.
my bankruptcy is on and all the other creditors are showing as active and defaults, so I guess I need to write to all the creditors and get them marked satisfied BUT I have thrown all my old paperwork away and have no account numbers now. I do not want to ask the OR's office for them as I needed my wage slips back for a housing benefit claim and the OR was not for giving them back, they said "we do not return paperwork" so I cannot see me having much luck there. Also my house repossession is on 4 times and with the wrong date! I have not a clue who to begin writing to to start correcting that one! Picture secured loan still have me as a Delinquent dated just last week, that loan was secured on the house so not sure if that should be marked satisfied or not,its a nightmare and will probably just leave them be! Its too much hassle
Thanks for the good luck wish, lucky for me mine was a IVA and I live in a council house, not much luck of me buying the house as I do not have confidence in the credit agencies doing their job properly. I was told that they keep me on the register for another year after the IVA ended so I await and see if this is the case.
If I were in your shoes I know its sounds easy to say but I would write personally to the director of each of the agencies to get things finally sorted, maybe if you push higher someone will take notice and don't give up.
That is the case Malcolm. Your IVA is on the register for six years from acceptance. If your IVA was for five years then it will disappear from the radar in 12 months time.
