hello, bit worried, i just received an email from alliance and leicester stating they have been taken over by santander europe bank- they are the majority creditors that i owe to. i am in the processes of hopfully getting an iva, will this effect anything, does anyone know how they are with ivas? really worried ill be rejected!! thanks R
Not at all - Santander are usually very supportive of IVA proposals, and effectively the same people will be doing the voting as when the debt was Alliance & Leicester. Nothing to worry about!
