I can't promise you that it will be a dead cert but I am sure that your Nominee (IP) would not have put the proposals forward if he did not think that there was a good chance that it would be approved.
Keeping my fingers crossed for you - good luck for Monday
Kind regards, Elizabeth Pywowarczuk, Insolvency Practitioner.

Thank you.
After reading so much about Northern Rocks apparent attiude I am very worried. Mind you I still have to bare in mind the rest of my creditors.
Do creditors give a reason for refusal and if neccessary can a different proposal be put forward?
All creditors have to give a valid reason under the IVA Protocol for any rejections, This can also be challenged. Fingers xx

Don't believe everything you are told about Northern Rock - they are often painted as the bad guys, but I find them very sensible and commercial - and as David says, they do have to provide good reasons for rejection.
I have just had a rejection by NR now reversed - so things are looking up!!!!!
