Are residents of Guernsey able to utilise solutions from the Insolvency Act '86. I.e. can a Guernsey resident declare UK bankruptcy or enter into an IVA.
If not, what options are available to the channel islands?

Thanks

That could all depend on whether you have a main residency or center of business in England and Wales.

If not, then I believe the answer is no. Doesn't Guernsey have it's own Insolvency Laws?
Tell it like it is.
