can i ask what the likely consequences are of me having an overdraft on my account although in an IVA. I did not ask for one, and i can honestly say i did not know i had it

I dont know hun, the answer is between you and your IP. Technically you are in breach of your IVA for adding credit after the agreement. I doubt your IP would really want it to fail. The very best thing to do is put your hands up and fess up, then you will know what the answer is. You must be worrying yourself sick over this. I hope it all goes OK for you.

Yes he has Lily. He posted earlier to say that he had had some bills to pay and so had used it.
