Hi everyone. Just need to share my story. Although i have only spoken to a representative today from the Melanie Giles website regarding going ahead with an IVA, i feel so reassured already. I have a telephone appt arranged for tomorrow for 11am to assess whether an IVA is suitable for myself and my husband. Eventhough nothing is set in stone as yet, i just feel reassured that there is light at the end of the tunnell for us with regards to our debts.

I will keep everyone updated as to how we go on.

xx

First of all, Melanie comes highly recommended on this site so you couldn't be in safer hands. She will recommend the best way forward for you.

We are here for you for support, and any questions you might ask at most times of the day, so don't hesitate to ask them.

hi, thanks for your kind comments. I wish i had found this site a long time ago, but no looking back now only forward. Just hope that the IVA is an option for us and if so that it is agreed and works out but we have to take one tiny step at a time. It is just a relief to know that we are not on our own with the struggles that being in debt can bring.

Thank you again for your kind comments.

Hi Deaney. Good luck with your meeting which I am sure will go fine. I had the pleasure of working with Melanie for a few years and what I learned from her is invaluable. You are in the safest of hands and whatever is the outcome of the meeting tomorrow it will be what is best for you and if applicable, your family.

Hello Deaney - welcome to the forum!! My husband and I met with Melanie on Friday in Cardiff and I laughed with her that I felt like I was meeting a celebrity!! I cant stress enough what an impressive lady Melanie - she is really approachable and extremely thorough and for someone that has been having kittens about this awful debt situation for the last few months, I have to say I feel totally safe and reassured in Melanie's capable hands. Have a great telephone meeting tomorrow and keep posting with your progress....there really are some fantastic people on this forum who never fail to offer support and advice!!! The forum and Melanie have been a godsend to me over the last few months!! All the best...Fi x
Still gathering info....but hope to be on the right path pronto!!
