Can you enter into an IVA for a second time if you have successfully completed one a number of years ago?

Hi and welcome.
Yes you can propose another IVA but im sure questions will be asked to why you have got into this position again.

I have done this occasionally, and so long as the reasons are genuine, and not as a result of reckless borrowing again, there is no reason why your creditors would not consider another commercial offer of settlement.
