We are in the pipeline for an IVA meeting soon but are also preparing for option 2 if things do not work out. I recall some time ago seeing a link to a site that had the allowable income and expenditure details for going bankrupt.I cant find the info I printed off. Does anyone have the link they could pass along for me.
There isn't really a guideline for this John, as the individual examiners have individual discretion with regard to allowances. You could use the CCCS guidelines as a guide, and if you want a copy of those please e-mail me at my website.
