it depends what your iva states, the norm is you keep the first 10% and then the rest you have to put 50% in to your iva

what im trying to find out is if i do go over my stipulated amount-its unlikely but i need to be sure-do i send this amount along with the next iva payment ?
im only asking as my overtime is a rarity-once, or twice a year now

You keep 10% of the equivalent of your basic salary, before having to pay over any additional money - so one day's overtime is unlikely to be as much as that.

Check with your IP's office to be sure.

January blues probably - I have had them for about three weeks now, and need to kick start myself into action. So going for a long run on Saturday to blow the cobwebs away!

Rather you than me Melanie - the weather isn't supposed to be that good tomorrow!

Rather you than me Melanie! I will be starting running again, but not until the light nights are here and I can get down the river.

Not on your own Skip - with Dave in tow I trust? Never run on a tow path on your own even in broad daylight - they just seem to attract the wrong sort of characters.

Oh no, I go on my own! Luckily there are houses all the way along, and loads of dog walkers so it's quite busy. I was actually more nervous running on the roads!

How did your run go today Melanie?
