Hi all filled the forms in..ect for IVA..my problem being...i rented my home out..and been staying at my girlfriends to try to save money and pay Credit cards ect...that was fine...i pay my girlfriend towards bills and things are runnin fine..my question being..is the utility bills or proof of are all in my girlfriends name and i give her money towards them how can i prove them..i did put nil figures to certain things which i was given an amount for by IP..but for gas and Elec i put what i gave...Would it be better to just move back into my house..and start gettin bills that way again...as i could then prove the cost of bills but my expense would go up then..any ideas..i feel its a pain cause i tried to save money i may lose out because i wont have any bills in my name.????
I think that you need to take direct advice from the IP you have chosen to represent you - as they may have different requirements to other people. What have you been asked to provide so far by way of verification?
