I have made 40 payments so far totalling £19k and my last chairmans report noted that I had paid much more into my IVA pot than was anticipated. I currently pay £490 per month and so if I carried on at this level would pay back another £9800. I have been offered £7000 from my boyfriend to end my IVA early. Do you think this would be acceptable to my creditors. Obviously you cannot give me a definate answer but do you think it is anywhere near enough? I don't want to waste mine or their time suggesting it if you think not.
