hi i am in a iva with payplan i pay 239 a moth and now i am finding it hard to pay 239 wot can i do to get it down can you help many thanks c.m.woodcock

Hi and welcome.
If you are struggling with your payments then i would suggest a call to your IP. You would need to submit a new I&E. It may then be possible for a variation meeting to be called to reduce your payments.
What are the reasons you are finding it hard?

Payplan may be able to reduce the payments for you by up to 15% without reverting to a new creditors meeting, but the first step is to work out what you can realistically afford and then have a chat with your IP.
