Hi and welcome to the forum.

I'm so sorry to hear of your husband's diagnosis. It must be so hard for you both right now.
Is Bankruptcy an option you would/could consider?
It would draw a line under the debts and allow you both to concentrate on your hubby's health.
How long has he been in his IVA?

Please keep posting, the forum is full of good advice and support xxxx

I am so sorry to hear your news, and looking after your husband has to be your absolute priority right now.

Personally I would make sure that your IP is aware of the situation, and take their advice as to an appropriate way forward. I feel sure that the money you are currently paying to creditors could be put to much better use.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

Just wanted to add that I am so sorry to hear about your husband, and totally agree with Melanie that you need to concentrate on him now.

I hope you can find a solution which will allow you to do this.

I am so sorry to hear your awful news, the most important thing is to look after your husband and each other, nothing is more important. I am sure you IP will be understanding and find you a solution, the debt does not matter right now.
