Where a Council tax liability order has been obtained before an IVA is made, can the Authority use a bailiff to recover the monies, or are they inlcuded within the IVA?

Hi there and welcome to the forum

Under a liability order, the Council can send bailiffs round to your property until the IVA is set up. Once the IVA has been accepted, the Council will be bound by the terms and no legal action can then ensue.
