HiI have an iva which started in december

Hi

I have an iva which started in december, i have £18000 of debt and am not working as i have 2 children, my partner but his income into the iva to show he aid all the bills and my £300 of tax credits pays my iva, after paying all outgoings we are left with £300 a month for food and everything else which is not enough, please can you tell me if my partner does any overtime will this be taken into account even if it is not guaranteed overtime?

If your partner is not involved in the IVA your IP will not be interested in his overtime. The IP would need to know that he pays his fair share of the household bills but what he does with his overtime is his business.
