Hi Shaun,

Is there any reason why you have not done a new I&E form?

Hi Shaun. It is non compliance and the IP will have no option but to fail the IVA and if required instigate bankruptcy proceedings. If you have a query with the annual review ring your IP firm and discuss it with them.

That would be a little harsh, but Michael is right technically. Your IP would have made you aware of the importance of this review prior to you agreeing to sign up in the first place, so will be left wondering why you are refusing to cooperate. If you could let us know your reasons for this we could probably help address your query a little better.
