not expecting a reply tonight as is late.
still recieving statements from old bank.
it states we will be charging you XX.XX on 16th february for being overdrawn. obviously this account is now redundant to me.
how long into an iva can creditors continue adding charges as in this one ?

Hi
Once the IVA is agreed all charges must stop.
Once your bank realises that it is under the terms of an IVA they will adjust the balance.
You have nothing to worry about.

My bank also continued to add charges to my account for a month or so aafter my IVA started until the information filtered through, I recently checked online & the accounts have now been removed.
