awww I remember it well DD, but perhaps if it does come while you are at work it might be better, they are quite a hefty document to get through and you'll need the time to be able to sit and go through it all carefully to make sure you understand it and that all the information is correct, you don't want to be doing that when you have to go work.

My pack was massive! The postman actually chipped a bit off forcing it through the letterbox! Takes a good while to read through too, luckily they put post it notes on everything that needs signing!

That's disgraceful... surely a document which I presume is marked private and confidential should not have been left outside for all and sundry to see. I am so glad you spotted it. I think I would seriously consider complaining to Royal Mail about this. Totally unacceptable.

Glad it came but do agree it should not have been left outside. Make sure you check.it thoroughly.

Thinking back to the start of my IVA has just reminded me of how Blair Endersby first demonstrated their total incompetency to me.

When returning my original documents such as payslips, bank statements etc, with a covering letter headed "YOUR IVA PROPOSAL", they chose to post it to my work address rather than my home address. It was opened by my work postroom and handed to me along with my other work post - I nearly fell off my chair in shock.

Thankfully our post room are so busy I don't think they even noticed it, but it could have had very serious consequences.
Completion certificate received 31 March 2012.

I don't know about shock, but I would have been livid. Privacy was one of the main considerations for me choosing a IVA over BR
