Take your time DK - I know you want things done as soon as possible but you need to make sure that everything is right and you know exactly what you are signing up to.

Thanks Kallis will do. Im going to read through it tonight before bed and then sit tomorrow and read it again and prob once more b efore i sign. its very scarey seeing it in black and white isnt it ? kind of hits home a bit !!

hi, we felt quite down seeing it all in black & white, but it's only by facing it head on that you can get it sorted out.

ostrich mode only allows debt to grow,like a weed.

Most IVA proposals are now written in relatively simplistic terms and plain English - so hopefully your bedtime reading will make complete sense - but if there is anything that you don't understand do give your IP a call - as the documents are important and will form a binding contract once creditors have accepted to proposed terms.
