Well, this is hopefully the week I have been waiting for!
Had a second viewing on our house on saturday and heard off the estate agent yesterday to say that he's getting a mortgage in principle this morning and will hopefully be in touch to make an offer this afternoon! Yayyyyyyyyyy!
Then..creditors meeting tomorrow at 10.15. Sods law that I also have a meeting at work at 10 tomorrow so I will be rushing my way through that and getting on the phone!!
So hopefully, come tomorrow night I will hopefully have sold my house and be accepted into an IVA..so so excited but so so nervous! Have waited so long for this I just hope it all goes to plan!
One question though..i've not heard off DFD since receiving my letter to confirm the date/time of the creditors meeting..is this normal?
[:D]

Yeah, they were pretty quick to be honest so i'm hoping for the same at the meeting tomorrow!
Think the most worrying bit is the waiting and the not knowing! I've not heard a thing for over a week..so i'm hoping no news is good news!
I've had a bottle of champagne in my garage for about a year, i'm hoping to be able to crack it open this weekend!

as long as you have your letter confirming the date and time of the meeting Vimto then that's fine, I would just let them know that you have a meeting yourself though tomorrow at 10 as normally they like you to be available in case they need to contact you to discuss anything.

Good luck with that and your house move too and let us know how you get on
