That's bizarre! I don't know who the regulator would be, but your first port of call would be the firm's internal complaints procedure. Did the creditors' meeting happen?

I would go down the route of an official complaint and if upheld will be dealt with accordingly. If you are still not happy with the outcome it's then time to escalate it. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Oh Terry, sounds like a right muddle. Did the company contact you on the planned day of the meeting?

FSO - is the route - however they make it clear they wont investigate the complaint unless all the internal routes have been shown to have been used

The easiest thing might be to return the letter saying you will be going bankrupt.

It sounds as if they let the creditors meeting go ahead anyway to give you a final choice at this stage. I didn't get a letter asking me if I wanted to go BR after my iva was agreed.

I think you may need the services of the FSA web site Terry, http://www.fsa.gov.uk/
It does seem that the company that you originally contacted are acting outside of their obligation to you. I hope you get it sorted and it doesn't cause you too much stress.
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues

What a cock up! I would be devastated if that were my information! Did you let the person know? x

I would return it to them and ask them to send you a pre-paid envelope to do so.

Devastated ?? I would be incandescent !!!! I think that little gem should be passed on to the regulators as an infringement of data protection.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I sure this happens in most companies - thankfully infrequently

Check the bottom of your IVA provided page - it set out the complaint procedure.
