When I have finished my iva do I still have to give info about any windfall ?

not after your discharge no. Until you get your dischrage paperwork then yes any windfall would require you to declare it to your IP.

Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.

Hi Sally. As long as it IS a windfall (not an asset) and your entitlement to it arose AFTER you getting your certificate of completion, it is nobodies business but your own.

You'll only need to declare it if the entitlement arose before you received your completion certificate.
