I currently pay maintenance for my daughter which is calculated into my IVA expenditures.
I was wondering what I do when I finish paying this, do I inform IP straight away?
If I left it until annual review would they want back paying for the extra money I would have had for however many months before the review?
Just thinking about this now.

I would inform them of the change in circumstance straight away and let them advise, some may well say leave it until next review but it's always worth keeping them in the loop and that way no surprises at review time.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Always best to advise your IP at the time of any material changes in circumstances. It is likely that this will result in an increase in your IVA payments, due to the saving in child maintenance.

Thanks Melanie, confirming what I thought to be the case.
Would the extra available money be able to be used for additional nursery days for our daughter and any remainder then be added to the IVA?

I would have thought that would be perfectly reasonsable Jay C, but bounce it off your own IP as they do have detailed knowledge of your specific case.

I agree with Mel - it's always worth considering a new income and expenditure before offering more funds to the IVA.

Definitely discuss it with your IP and hopefully this will be accepted.
