Hi Tammy,

I understand that you too would like to get your meeting arranged for as soon as possible. I can see from your notes that paperwork was sent out to you yesterday and should be with you very soon.
Many Thanks

Hi Raj, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but my full and final was agreed with Payplan back in April '12, I paid the sum straight away but am STILL waiting for the completion certificate despite chasing most months!

Hi Raj,

I am unable to give you any specific time frame. The process of arranging the meeting has started and as I mentioned earlier your case has been marked as urgent.

Hi Occy,

There was problems with issuing completion certificates due to VAT and PPI. We conducted a Mass Variation Meeting which resolved this issue and we are now in the process of sending out all certificates that are due.
Many Thanks

Hi Gemma

Thanks for your comment.

That is what I am told everytime I call. I'm also told that you only send certificates out on the 10th of each month so if I don't get it by the 15th/16th then I have to wait another month and see if I'm lucky then as no one seems to know who is being processed when.

I've not had anything through this month so I can only assume I need to wait another month... Not great when I was told in April it would be 3 months.

Oc

Hi,

Do send Gemma another email.

I'm afraid the experts won't be able to say a lot as it is between you and Payplan.
