Hi Raj,

From your notes I can see that a senior member of the IVA team contacted you on Friday to let you know that your information will be sent out this week. The process is now in motion and we are doing all that we can to get the relevant paperwork sent to you as soon as possible.

If you have any queries then please feel to contact me or your case officer directly.
Many Thanks
Gemma

Hi Raj. I believe for a variation, creditors have to have at least 28 days notice.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Hi Raj41
Depending on which IVA company your with it takes 7/8 weeks to sort a Full & Final case to be arranged, then the creditors have 28 days to reply, but this will really depend on the Speed of your IP.
I'm not a 100% on this & I'm sure others will respond, this was the case when I asked GT back in July 2012.

Final IVA payment made in April 2013, never ever thought we could do it or get through it but we did! X

Raj, this is a "how long is a piece of string question". All we can tell you is that, due to notice requirements, it will be at least 28 days. To get any closer idea only Payplan will be any help.

I agree with Foggy - presuming they deal with your paperwork today and arrange the meeting straightaway it will be at least 28days. Your IP at Payplan should be able to provide you will more definitive timescales ....you are one step closer..I know how frustrating it is waiting for things to happen, but please bear with your IP who has to ensure the process is carried our correctly. You will I am sure receive a positive outcome at the end of it....I have my fingers crossed for you.

Hi Raj. The timescales for my F&F with Payplan were: 29/3/12 I submitted written request. 5/12 Payplan send me written proposal to read/sign. 5/12 creditors meeting booked for 29/6, held and then adjourned until the 7/7 when F&F was accepted. I paid in funds on the 17/7, and now await CC. Hope this helps, and that yours progresses swiftly and has a positive outcome x
IVA journey started: 30th March 2009. Settled: 17th July 2012. Completion Certificate received: 13th March 2013. Breathe. x
