FF Sumer Get Together 13 July 2013

Follow up on the thread earlier in the year - time has come to now get definite names for the FF Summer get together on Saturday July 13th. It will be held at my house in Dunstable, Bedfordshire.(2 minutes from Junction 11 of the M1).

Melanie will kindly fund the food and drink for the evening so the only cost you will have is your fuel / transport costs and possible hotel costs if you decide to stay overnight.

There is a Premier Inn, called Dunstable / Luton (postcode LU5 4LL) about half a mile from my house connected to a Beefeater restuarant(Halfway House)...walking distance or a very short taxi ride.
In addition another Premier Inn just off Junction 9 of the M1 (approx 4 miles from my house), Holiday Inn, Dunstable and Luton South and The Highwayman Hotel, also within 3 miles of the house.

The evening is an opportunity for forum members to come together and to get to know others in similar circumstances - you can choose to discuss your stuation or not as the case may be - it is an informal social evening that has created many friendships over the years outside of life in an IVA - a good opportunity to share ways of managing and living life to the full whilst in an IVA and meeting some of the experts that post on the forum.

The evening is restricted to forum members and their partners as we only have a certain amount of space in the house, especially if it's wet.

Can those listed above please confirm for definite if they will be coming, and if anyone else wishes to come and join us on the evening you would be most welcome - the more the merrier - might be like sardines if it rains but we will have a good evening.

Please respond via this thread by the middle of June ....look forward to meeting up with some old and new friends from the forum.

Count me in for that lulu! Im only up the road in northamptonshire. What provisional time is it as will need to get kids looked after. I will confirm if just me or me/hubby once childcare/times established if thats ok
