After 10 months of lies and broken promises from DFD they have told me that I will get my CC sometime this week.
All being well they'll be true to their word on this occasion and hopefully I can get my life back on track.
Was also advised I'd made an overpayment and that I'm due a refund and that my cheque will arrive any day now too.
Fingers crossed they're not telling more lies, and by the end of this week it'll all be finally over.

Fingers crossed 502emu for both pledges this week :-) Although it may have felt like it from your position, I am sure DFD were never lying to you just maybe not managing your expectations with realistic timescales. Either way, roll on when you have both in your hand and you can focus on the future and put this behind you...with a little bit extra in your pocket at the same time!
