She is a dedicated IP and one that often takes her time to speak to her clients, post regularly on forums and advise those who are not her clients but just need a bit of advice.

Mel is not my IP but I have to admit reading through the forums on here that she has been chosen for the best reasons . Always found her advice helpful and constructive .
If I had the choice to choose an IP in the future (I hope to heck I don't ) It would be Mel and her team .
