I was told this initially but when I told them I needed it urgently to negotiate a new mortgage deal it was done within the 2 weeks also 2 other forum members going through F&F process at same time received theirs within 2 weeks, trying contacting Sarah again to hurry it along you never know sometimes its a case of those who shout loudest get heard quicker.

A relationship advisor got back to me straight away to say they are looking at my file and will hopefully have a definitive answer about closure by the end of the today!!! Fingers crossed - could be a good weekend!!
