Well, full and final accepted on the 14th of January and certificate of completion received 13th February. All creditors paid and no ppi chasing involved. We are done, it is all over with.

Thank you to our relationship manager, Rachael, who took us through every stage of the settlement process, a true professional.

Also thank you to Jim Gibson, our supervisor.

For all of you out there drowning in debt and considering an iva, do it.

Do it for your sanity, it is hard at times but you will survive. The debt letters will stop, the calls will stop. The nightmare will stop. Your allowances will be tight but you will be safe in the knowledge that in a few years it will be over.

To finally be free and able to make our dreams a reality is an amazing feeling.

Good luck to everyone on their journey. Chin up, when you feel down look towards the future and what you are achieving.

Peace of mind and a fresh start. Priceless.

Thank you Lesley, I cannot believe how fast the certificate was issued.
It is a strange but lovely feeling that all we have now is a mortgage!!!
I cannot wait to see our credit scores when the debts are cleared. Plus the iva will be off our files August 2016.

Good times are coming.
