Hi Rob1712,

I am one of the team at Freeman Jones.

We'd be happy to chat through the options for releasing equity in your home. If, as is quite likely, this isn't possible then the chances are that your IVA will be extended for an extra year. However, this would depend on the details in your IVA proposal - your IVA is personal to you.

Please get in touch by emailing me at ian.williams@freemanjones.co.uk and we'll be able to advise you in more detail.

I hope this helps,

Ian

Hi Rob1712,

I believe you have spoken to the team at Freeman Jones and as expected we're looking at an extension in lieu of equity.

We hope this has helped to clear things up for you and helps to give a clear indication as to when you can expect to complete your IVA.

Regards

Hi Steve. Yes you are right. Ian Williams has also been brilliant. I have had notification that I have an end date for my IVA of July 2017 and my remortgage offer was declined. The team at FJ have been brilliant and there is now a light at the end of the tunnel. 23 payments left! ;O)
