Hi all, I'm month 56 getting remortgage refusals/mortgage statement/secured loan balance. I need house valuation, can I use zoopla? As my neighbour bought their property 6 months ago for 220k this is exactly the same house as mine.i have more then 5k equity, so I'm hoping for 12 month extension. With gt under new name!! I haven't heard from them so getting all the information together.

Hi - you can but previous posts suggest that it gives a higher valuation than you may want.

You may be better advised to get a valuation from an estate agents.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Agree - we used a local agent and said we were thinking of downsizing due to possible redundancy and they had no problem in giving us a free valuation.
