Thank you all for the advice and support, I will email Mr., Mond .i cannot tell you all how the much this meant to me, although I have been looking at the forum for two years it is only in the last few weeks that I have posted but I am most grateful to you all, thanks again.
Freda has been in touch and I’ve now clarified things with Aperture for her.
I do appreciate that sometimes the formal wording used with reports sent out regarding IVA’s can be a little daunting, so for those in a similar position, the long and the short of it is that Aperture are obliged to make formal reference to the fact that these particular cases have been transferred from ClearDebt to Aperture in their Annual Report. The “extension” Freda mentioned is not extra payments – it is simply that the Court Order when the transfer took place allows Aperture a grace period to allow them to complete the next annual review due to the transfer of the cases - this does not mean that debtors such as you (in this particular case) have to pay for any longer.
I’ve also asked Aperture to contact Freda directly just to put her mind at ease, as I certainly don’t want anyone to lose any sleep over this.
