It probably will!

Things change, companies change, but I hope the forum carries on and is able to support and advise many more people in the times to come.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Agreed Foggy - it has been a lifeline for an awful lot of people - ourselves included and it would be a shame if it went now.

What a sad day [:(] You have all been such a help. I hope this forum continues because it has kept me sane ( ish) and I would hate someone who is thinking about an IVA not to have it and the help you all give so kindly

I doubt it -- VB are not the same type of operation as CF.

To be fair, I would have said the same about Melanie! It was a little tongue in cheek!

I really hope the forum continues. I have been on since early 2009 and honestly, I wouldn't have made it through without it. An iva is such a lonely thing and I believe that only those who have walked the path know the journey!

I agree relieved,I found this forum quite late in my iva but found it a great source of info and comfort.
An iva ia a lonely time and people need a forum like this one to help and reassure them on their journey
Today 1st of December 2016 the vultures finally flew away

It would be a shame if the forum closes and definitely a shame to lose contributors such as Lesley. I hope the problems are resolved or something similar can take the place. Maybe things will clarify over the next few days.

I would be very sad to see this forum go. I understand people move on but this was a lifeline to me during my IVA. There are times when you feel very alone. My very best wishes to Leslie.

From my understanding the forum is not going.
Its a change of personnel which has caused a little unrest amongst some of the moderators who give their time freely to the forum.
The majority of moderators have given in excess of 8 years now which is a significant time - so for some it has come to a natural end and priorities on life change.
And on this point Foggy and I both believe it is time to lock this thread and hope we have given you all the reassurance that the forum is still here to offer the help and support you need through your journeys.
