Many lenders, these days, are happy to move you to another product regardless of the IVA.

You just move onto a different product with the same company or they put you on their SVR.

Some lenders will be happy to offer you a new product with minimal additional checks, others may wish to carry out an up-to-date credit search or ask additional questions. The bottom line is that you have nothing to lose in asking!
